The famous Harbour Ballroom luxury paddlewheeler is an official vessel in the NYE 2011 Harbour Of Light Parade. As part of this special parade, Harbour Ballroom is given access inside the harbour exclusion zone for the best views of both the 9pm and midnight fireworks.
