
NYE is a special occasion for the catering team as together we prepare our most elaborate menu of the year. Only the best of ingredients and top range produce are selected from around Australia including Vegetables and Cheeses from Tasmania, Seafood from South Australia and Queensland, and Beef from Darling Downs, Queensland.
Only a selection of boutique food items will be sourced from other countries. We work very hard to impress you on this special night, so kick back and enjoy the party!
