Message From Our Executive Chef
Welcome to Australian Cruise Group New Year’s Eve Celebration! This will be my 17th New Year’s Eve celebration on Sydney Harbour and I assure you that our team recognises the importance of this New Year’s Eve cruise. I would like to present these special menus for this occasion.
As we welcome many overseas visitors, the menu we present is created from all Australian ingredients. The fresh seafood is flown in from either Tasmania or Western Australia and the steaks served onboard are specially chosen from Darling Downs in Queensland.
All of the menus are freshly prepared onboard our vessels to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Salad of Blue Swimmer Crab, Roulade of smoked salmon and rocket, Tartlet of Quail with caramelish onions, prosciutto and figs stack of artichoke hearts and asparagus
King prawns served on pink grapefruit salsa and pomegranate
Main Flavours (served alternatively)
Angus prime fillet of beef (served medium), on truffle oill kipfler potatoes with oyster mushrooms and ricotta stuffed zucchini flowers.
Steamed Blue Eyed Cod fish fillet with green chill, almond and brocconlini.
Ecuadorian trio with chocolate sticks, and almont tulle.
Willow Grover Brie, Shadows of Blue (Victoria) and Wine Glass Bay cheddar with dried fruits and crisp Iavash.
